Student complaints are considered as a very important feedback in order to allow continuously improvement of the provided services: they are periodically analyzed and transmitted to the of the Degree Programs Authorities, to the Quality Presidium and to the Executive Director.
The structure that collects and manages student complaints involves the University structure with specific competence in the examination of the report or complaint.
After sending the complaint form, which can be filled in online, the student will receive an email confirming that it has been accepted and the corresponding ID number.
Subsequently, within 5 working days from the submission, a second message will indicate if it will need further actions and the scheduled times for closing the investigation.
